This project involved the restoration of a  landmark estate house. Structural input involved underpinning of the existing walls to arrest historic movement and allow additional loading to walls.
New internal floors were constructed using a lightweight steel grillage with  Metal deck formwork incorporating  shear studs to minimize floor thickness. Web openings incorporated in steel sections were provided for services in the ceiling.
