Description: A Mixed Use Development located in Borrisokane, Co. Tipperary. This project contained a mix of residual and commercial usages. Constructed in two blocks, Block A containing a single large anchor retail unit at ground floor and a series of two storey town houses over. Block B contains 8 commercial units of varying usages on ground floor with two storeys of apartments overhead. The buildings’ structure consists of reinforced concrete framing with masonry walls.
